PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

All products are subject to availability. While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock of an item. Upon placing an order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. Please note that this is not a guarantee of product availability. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details. Pre orders will ship in 10-12 weeks, credit card will be charged complete within 24 hours and not accepted for pre orders but refunds are accepted upon receiving product.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have any way of estimating what these costs are. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. In general, domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service and will arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Pre orders ship in 10-12 weeks.

 

We charge $20 for ground shipping for orders under $250 and provide free ground shipping on orders over $250. We also offer no expedited shipping options at the moment.

 

International shipments are charged a flat $150.00.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and be in original condition. Please email us at orders@publicschoolnyc.com to request a unique Return Authorization Number.

 

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your credit card for the merchandise amount. Returns must be received within 7 days of return authorization issuance. 

 

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
